Mallow and Clyda Rovers will meet for the first time since 2011 when they face-off in next Sunday’s County Division 2 Football League Round 10 at 4pm in Mourneabbey. To mark the fixture both clubs have organised a joint bucket collection at the gate, to join all the other fabulous clubs in the Country, in support of the friends of Kieran(O’Connor) from Aghada GAA. A charity now so well known by everyone in Cork and beyond, a fantastic cause and the game shouldn’t be half bad either!!!! Non-bouncy Cheques also accepted!!

Matty and James unchanged for Munster final against ‘The Kingdom’..
Best of luck to Matty Taylor, James Loughrey and the Cork Senior Football team who take on Kerry in the Munster final this Saturday evening at 7pm in Pairc Ui Chaoimh. The team is unchanged from the last outing against Limerick with James starting at full back and Matty out at wing back.. Hopefully we can cause a big upset to the history books..
