Project Weight Loss II

Following on from the phenomenal success of Project Weight Loss earlier this year the second program starts Monday 7th May at 6pm. Application forms available from Complex reception and must be returned by the 27th of April. The first program Of Project weight loss proved hugely successful, with the group losing a total of 18st and the best individual loss just short of two stone. Project weight loss consists of a balanced group workout four days a week ( must attend two per week ).  Also a nutritionist will be on hand to give you advice on your diet, and a there will be a weigh-in every week.  All for just €50 for a 6 week course!!!!!
