Mallow GAA

Mallow Intermediate footballers had a good run out in their first Division 3 football game of the season last Sunday away to St. Nick’s above in freezing conditions in the Glen field and battled on to win on a score line 1-10 to 0-8.  Mallow debutant and newly transferred John McGuiness from Leitrim also featured with the club and gelled very well for the sixty minutes..
They next face Ballinora on Sunday 16th at 230pm above in the club. Please Support!!
Our Junior Footballers also begin their league Campaign this week when they take on Buttevant in the Division 1 football league and that game is confirmed for Saturday 15th February at 730pm in Carrigoon. Please support!!

We are also delighted to be able to welcome back the 8 times All Ireland winning Cork Ladies football Champions to Carrigoon next Sunday when they take on Monaghan in round 3 of the NFL. Throw in is at 2pm make sure you don’t miss it!  Lunches will be served on the day so why not treat yourself!!
