2013 kicks straight into action this Friday January 4th with all teams to meet on the pitch in Carrigoon at 7pm. Physicals will be done this year by former player Des Golden who has kindly agreed to get involved with the club this year and hopefully bring a whole new intensity and physicality to our game! Both Footballers and Hurlers will both train together for the coming weeks and we hope everyone will be there on Friday.
