Mallow’s Junior Footballers got their first outing, in the Avondhu/Imokilly league, off to a winning start last Saturday when they overcame Glanmire in a tough, competitive encounter. The final score was Mallow 1-13 Glanmire 0-8 and Mallow now face Joe Deane’s Glenbower Rovers this Friday in the same competition. Throw in is at 8pm in Carrigoon and support would be fantastic!!!

The Intermediate Footballers are out in their second League game also this weekend when they face S.t Nicks in the Glen field at 330pm on this Saturday at 330pm…Not to be missed..

Next Wednesday 29th,the match we were all waiting for, when Mallow Minor Hurlers take on Charleville in the Co. Minor Hurling league final. The game is fixed for 8pm in Carrigoon and why wouldn’t everyone be there to support Mallow at home????

Mallow GAA are delighted to announce their first Table Quiz of 2012 on Thursday 15th March from 830pm onwards. MC for the night is the ever popular, quiz master extraordinaire, Michael O’Donovan.. All are Welcome to try and stop Frank Nyhan and Co….

On St Patricks Day 17th March at 9pm there is a fantastic club night organized as a way to raise funds for players training equipment. There will be finger food and music by Frank Fitzpatrick and all are welcome to attend…..
